Vision and Mission
“Self-sufficient and sustainable communities worldwide” We believe in a mentality of “wealth creation” rather than simply “poverty alleviation”. Wealth creation will require socially-relevant entrepreneurship that ignites and sustains local economies. READI also believe that each person is the author of their own development and that together; we can meaningfully contribute to their own development and make a difference.
“To help impoverished communities in Ghana become economically independent and environmentally sustainable.” Throughout the years, we have sought to empower and improve the lives of vulnerable groups, including women and youth. Our main focus has been community social mobilization for training, credit, agriculture, gender, development, health, education and research. We are therefore committed to serving our constituents through an integrated and participatory approach which allows people to engage in an open and dynamic dialogue for development.
